Founder & CEO / CPACPChantale is a certified Professional Animal Care Provider (CPACP) with the Professional Animal Care Certification Council (PACCC) and an active member of the International Boarding and Pet Services Association (IBPSA). She has collaborated with Sheila Gunston, Dip.CBST, PCBC-A, FDM and Cat Harbord, Dip. CBST, CDBC, FDM to provide a Reactive Dog Crash Course, currently available at ImPAWSible Possible Online Academy. Chantale is a member of the Steveston Merchants Association and the Richmond Chamber of Commerce.
Kimberly Dawn
Lead Designer & Professional Dog WalkerKimberly left her career as a Corporate Travel Agent to help Chantale build the new Pathfinder Dog Ranch. She has become one of our main off-leash dog walkers. Kim's passions include photography and walking in nature.
Sheila Gunston
Dip.CBST, PCBC-A, FDMSheila holds a Diploma in Canine Behavior Science and Technology with specialization in aggressive behavior. She is a fully Accredited Professional Canine Behavior Consultant with the PPAB. Additionally, Sheila is a Certified L.E.G.S Applied Ethology Family Dog Mediator and Doggone Safe "Be a Tree" Presenter. Sheila specializes in aggression and other complex behaviors and continues to further her education regularly.

Since moving to Vancouver, she has gained over a year of dog-walking experience. Karen is passionate about pet care and enjoys developing close bonds with the dogs she works with.
Elias Segura
Pet Care/Enrichment SpecialistElias has recently immigrated from Mexico, Back home, Elias worked as a member of the investigative police canine unit for 6 years, where he trained and worked closely with police dogs on investigations. While studying at the police academy in Mexico, he specialized in canine ethology. He also created a fitness program for people and their dogs. A fun fact about Elias - he has been specially trained in combat sports!
