Founder & CEO / CPACP

Chantale is a certified Professional Animal Care Provider (CPACP) with the Professional Animal Care Certification Council (PACCC) and an active member of the International Boarding and Pet Services Association (IBPSA). She has collaborated with Sheila Gunston, Dip.CBST, PCBC-A, FDM and Cat Harbord, Dip. CBST, CDBC, FDM to provide a Reactive Dog Crash Course, currently available at ImPAWSible Possible Online Academy. Chantale is a member of the Steveston Merchants Association and the Richmond Chamber of Commerce.

Kimberly Dawn

Dog Walker & Pet Care Enrichment Specialist

With a background in corporate travel and training & development, Kimberly has acted as one of Pathfinder’s main leads for about 3 years. Having attended the International Boarding and Pet Services Association's conference in 2003 with all of their pet boarding industry workshops and seminars, Kimberly establishes herself as a natural leader, quick learner, and avid dog guru. With a wide variety of skills and experiences in training others and herself with PACCC approved resources, Kimberly is a genuine Pathfinder.

Marco

Administration Support

Marco recently joined the Pathfinder ranks only with previous experience in administration and clerical duties but quickly rose to the occasion in supporting Pathfinder’s pups. With his background in studying psychology, understanding the needs and wants of our pups became second nature to him. Now providing admin support for the team and having studied resources approved by PACCC, Marco acts as one of the forward faces for Pathfinder as a quick learner.

Jun

Pet Care & Enrichment Specialist

Jun is our experienced doggie-daycare and grooming expert. He has been with Pathfinder to express his passions for over two years, specializing in creating a safe and fun environment for our pups. Jun is finishing his final requirements to graduate from the Dog Training Certificate Program with the DogNostics Career Centre. As a Pathfinder specialist, Jun is well equipped with his own unique experiences and knowledge of PACCC approved resources.

With his passion for dogs he has quickly befriended even the most unlikely canine pals. Jun holds a special place in many shy dogs' hearts.

Elias

Pet Care & Enrichment Specialist

Immigrating from Mexico, Elias has supported Pathfinder for about 6 months in his arrival to Canada. He boasts a wide knowledge of canine experience, with six years of police K-9 unit investigating, training, and therapy, experience in Mexico City and having graduated a 4-year program in Police Investigation, specializing in Canine Ethology. With his experience and wisdom, along with his utilization of PACCC approved resources, Elias is a bona fide Pathfinder expert.

Sabrina

Dog Walker & Pet Care Enrichment Specialist

Growing up with her grandfather, a veterinarian, Sabrina developed a deep appreciation for animal care from an early age. Sabrina studied at the North Island Education Vet Course, further enhancing her knowledge of animal behavior and wellbeing. Sabrina shares her life with five beloved dogs: two Presa Canarios, a Cane Corso, a Great Dane/Cane Corso mix, and a German Shepherd-Rottweiler mix. Her extensive experience and love for dogs make her an invaluable part of our team.

Rachel

Custodial Team

Rachel acts as our contractor cleaner, ensuring that the ranch facilities are always spotless and safe! She enjoys a good snuggle with our pups, big or small, but always does her best to create the paw-sitively clean environment for our team and clients.

Sabrina (Bean)

Pet Care & Enrichment Specialist

Sabrina comes from a varied background with experience working with horses at a farm and family pets at an animal hospital. She is developing her skills and training as a pet care specialist while she also pursues her career passion of working as a First Responder. "Bean" has two family dogs at home... Cocoa, a Lab/Husky Mix and Jasper, a Super Dog Mix.

Lucas

Pet Care & Enrichment Specialist

Lucas recently immigrated to Canada from Brasil with his family. He holds a bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering. He's experienced working with ornamental plants, landscaping and orchids, as well as raising animals, such as sheep, poultry, pigs, turtles and dogs. Lucas has been an eager student learning about dog behaviour and transferring his agricultural experience.

Quabna (Sam)

Ranch Maintenance & Pet Care Specialist

Quabna (aka Sam) is the proud co-owner of Azula, a sensitive Great Dane, Cane Corso who often visits the ranch and a Rotti, German Shepherd mix named Jojo. Sam started at Pathfinder helping with construction projects and now tackles our ranch maintenance. Sam is completing his Dog Gurus training and is becoming a huge support as a dog care specialist.

Di

Web Development & Support

Di is a passionate animal lover whose journey into dog ownership began during her time working at the ranch. Di rescued a pup who now loves to come to day camp. She handles our web development and tech support, and enjoys occasional visits to the ranch to spend time with the dogs.
